Covenant Home Inspection
Our home inspection report will review the condition of the home's heating system, plumbing,
electrical system and central air conditioning system (temperature permitting), as well as the roof,
attic, visible insulation, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, foundation, basement, landscaping,
and visible structure.
We have included excerpts from our sample inspection report for your viewing on this web site. (A
complete report is 20- 50 pages and therefore quite comprehensive.)
A typical home inspection takes between 2 - 3 hours to complete. Every home is unique, some
homes will require more time than others, so it is a good idea to keep a flexible schedule around
your appointment time.
After your inspection is completed, we will mail (regular mail) you a copy of your Home Inspection
Report within 24 hours of the inspection. You will receive a written report that is complete with
digital photos and fully customized to the inspected home --no "one size fits all" reports. All
inspection reports come in a binder along with a CD of your home inspection report and an
appendix with larger digital photos. We offer a $25.00 discount to clients who choose the CD only
option, as it saves us printing and postal fees. We are available by phone or e-mail at any time
after the inspection to answer any further questions you may have or review any
details of the inspection. If requested, we will accompany our clients back to the inspected home
for further review for an additional minimum fee of $75.00.
