1501 to 2000 square feet------------------$375.00
2001 to 2500 square feet------------------$425.00

When Will I receive My Report?
After your inspection is completed, we will mail
(regular mail) you a copy of your Home
Inspection Report within 48 hours of the inspection.
You will receive a written report that is complete
with digital photos and fully customized to the
inspected home --no "one size fits all" reports. All
inspection reports come in a binder along with a
CD of your home inspection
report and an appendix with larger digital photos.
We offer a $25.00 discount to clients who choose
the CD only option, as it saves us printing and
postal fees. We are available by phone or e-mail at
any time after the inspection to answer any further
questions you may have or review any details of
the inspection. If requested, we will accompany
our clients back to the inspected home for further
review for an additional minimum fee of $75.00.
Second Inspection Offer
We recognize that our clients may have an
additional home to be inspected (either as
buyers or sellers). Please take advantage of our
second inspection discount of $50.00 on each
additional inspection you schedule with us, as our
way of saying thank you for your business

Water Testing
In addition to our thorough home
inspection we are pleased to offer water
testing services. We offer a complete
home owners test, or total coliform only.
Aquacheck Labs does offer additional
tests, and we will be happy to special
order specific tests for you. For more
